What Makes It Awesome

Noida-based Indian August is your one-stop-shop for fashion, home accessories, saris, and jewellery. With a large 7,500 square foot, five-storey building in Noida, Indian August is a store that stocks lifestyle products in line with the latest trends in fashion, art, and interior design. The range brings together more than 50 talented designers and craftsmen under one roof and banner.

The store’s four major sections are saris, apparel, home furnishings, and fashion accessories. They also sell fabrics and kids products (toys, stationery, and décor). Indian August’s apparel section hosts a lot of ethnic and contemporary wear made using traditional Indian techniques (including block printing, ikat, ajrak printing, and shibori). You can choose from their selection of kurtas, jackets, tops, dresses, overlayers, and bottoms.

Indian August's saris come in a wide range that includes chanderi, cotton, silk, kalamkari, ikat, jamdani, mangalgiri, Banarsi silk, tanchoi, and more. The extensive collection is perfect for weddings as well as formal events, as it provides an assortment of colours and styles.

The home furnishing department also houses an immense range of products. Think sweet little accessories for your tables and living room, (lamps, candles, coasters, photo frames), funky wall clocks, ceramic trinkets, colourful cushion covers, and lots of printed home linens. We particularly enjoyed the designs of their wall clocks and the prints of their bed and pillow covers.

If you’re looking for some fashion accessories, then Indian August has you covered on that front as well. They have some stylish bags, colourful beaded necklaces, stationery (we liked the designs on their notebooks), and a bunch of cute juttis and other footwear.

What Could Be Better

Indian August only has one store in Delhi-NCR right now. So, a few more stores would be a valuable addition.
