Straight Outta Bombay: Indigo Deli Just Opened In Cyber Hub

Mumbai’s well-loved casual dining restaurant, Indigo Deli, has finally arrived, and is now serving up deliciousness at Cyber Hub.

If you’ve eaten at the original outlet in Mumbai, you know how perfect the pizzas at Indigo Deli are. If not, we just saved you a flight ticket because the food is just as fantastic at their new Gurgaon restaurant. It’s a risky business living up to high foodie expectations, and Indigo Deli doesn’t disappoint.

Choosing from a menu that was specially curated for the launch, we absolutely loved the Plum & Soy Confit Duck served on mini baos {so we didn’t feel that bad about munching on these relentlessly} and the Deli Pork Belly And Hoisin Chili Glaze. Vegetarians, let Indigo Deli indulge you with their crispy, crunchy Fried Mac ‘N’ Cheese and Tempura Gun Powder Baby Potatoes with Spicy 65 that will have your tastebuds tingling in no time.

Don’t leave without a slice of pizza and a scoop of their homemade ice creams.

Lots of pretty lights, the doors of Indigo Deli open up to a comfortable, happy and well-laid out space. Wooden interiors, diner-style seating and a fully-stocked bar {they serve up mean martinis; try their Kiwi & Mint or Guava & Sriracha variants}; Indigo Deli is perfect for a catch-up with friends or a nice meal with the fam-jam.

With a lovely little stage for gigs and performances, we also think Indigo Deli makes for a great live music/entertainment venue.
