Ever Thought You’d Sit In An Inflatable Movie Hall? CP’s Getting One Tomorrow!

The information in this post might be outdated

Bored of the usual theatres and cinema hall experiences? How about a movie in an inflatable hall? A ‘moving cinema’, as it’s being called, is going to be inaugurated on May 9 at Janpath by the CM, Arvind Kejriwal!

The cinema on wheels will be huge—100 ft. by 100ft.—and will have a high quality projector, 5.1 channel surround sound, 200 seats, and air conditioning. Oh, and the whole thing is rain and fire proof—as safe as it gets.

The inflatable cinema will need the adequate space and two hours to be fully functional, and can be packed into a truck once the screening is done. The aim is to take it to tier 2, 3, and 4 cities where there are barely any movie halls (everybody deserves good movies, people!). The ticket prices will also be low and affordable.

They’re screening A Billion Colour Story at the inauguration, so we say you get your movie buff buddies and run over!

We first read about it here.
