Did You Know About This Jurassic-Themed Amusement Park Near Delhi?

The information in this post might be outdated

What Makes It Awesome

Grown up with a love for Jurassic Park?  Then, allow us to tell you all about this kickass dinosaur-themed amusement park in Sonipat that you and the little ones are going to love. We wish Delhi had something as cool as this but hey, Sonipat isn’t that far either (sounds like the perfect weekend plan).

Wonder why you need to visit this park? Well, to start with, two massive dinosaurs welcome you at the entry. You’ll also find plenty of them scattered inside along with other creatures of the jungle (we’ve already counted a snake, an elephant, and a horse). And, to make it seem more real, you and your kids will see most of the animals moving too!

Not just this, but prepare yourself for tummy tugs, and sheer fun with rides like free fall, frisbee, a giant wheel and an octopus ride (it really does have seven or eight arms and will swing you in all the random directions). They also have bumper cars and swinging chairs.

Finally, when you are done with your share of rides, do not forget to check out the water park that has a 70-feet waterfall. This one promises the joy of splashing around in a 600-ft lazy river, a huge wave pool, a kid’s pool, a high waterfall, and a rain dance arena. For those seeking some extra thrill, go for the Spin and Whirl (it has three slides and each has a different experience to offer) or you can go for the best of them all –  The Droom Box, where you’ll slip down a high-speed slide and then go round and round in a drum (and reach the pool eventually, of course). Also, you can rent a costume and a locker is available at a reasonable price.

If any of the above rides and activities do not excite you, then this place also has a number of other attractions in store. There's a hanging tunnel, zorbing, rifle shooting, archery, and a burma bridge are just a few of the other things that you should be excited about.

The ticket charges for adults are INR 750 (weekdays), and INR 1,000 (weekends).

What Could Be Better

Would be even better if they added more rides.

Pro-Tip

You might encounter a lot of rush during the weekend so, we suggest that you book the tickets online to avoid long queues.
