La Bodega & The Latination Are A Power Couple To Check Out

Kasturi posted on 04 May

What Is It?

The Latination will thrill you with their genuine and virtuoso Latin Jazz {they're also one of the very few Latin jazz artists in the country} at La Bodega this weekend. This is an international project, which they're calling, “a powerful and soulful collaboration between French and Indian specialists of Jazz and Latin music.”

Who Is It For?

All Jazz enthu-cutlets and everyone who enjoys great Mexican fare should make their way to Khan Market for this one.

Why Should I Go For It?

The Latination makes music that ranges from the sounds of salsa and rumba to contemporary jazz, using the “power of Afro-Latin rhythms with the intellectual streams of dense harmonies and sophisticated melodies”, including excellent solo performances with a lot of improv.

Expect some sweet Jazz ballads and Latin boleros with a lot of powerful rhythms.
