‘Cause there ain’t no party like a pizza party! Plus, when the menu’s curated by Chef Ciro Sorrentino, a third-gen Neapolitan pizza expert who has over 16 years of crust-worthy culinary experience perfecting sauces and getting the bases right, you shouldn’t think twice.
If you still have your doubts about whether or not this festival is worth your time and money, let us tell you what’s on the menu. For the vegetarians in the house, they’ve got the Saracena with pumpkin cream, mozzarella cheese, walnuts and gorgonzola cheese, the Nobbele with eggplant cream, fresh tomato, roasted onion and chilli oil and five more tempting options that’ll make even the most loyal of carnivores give veggie pizza a shot. The choice might be slightly more difficult for all the non-vegetarians, because you’ve got options like the classic Napule with Neapolitan ragù sauce, tenderloin and pork, the Bella Italia with both Parmesan and mozzarella cheese {we can already visualise the stringy cheese pull!} and more meaty options.
But it’s the dessert pizza we’re most excited about{naturally} because it’s got a Nutella-stuffed crust, custard cream, dark-chocolate shavings, berries and mint too.
