LBB and Gastronomica are coming together to bring you a night of mystery: With a food and drinks menu inspired by Absinthe, one of the world’s most elusive drinks, this night will be unlike any you’ve ever experienced before. Are you up for it?
Paint the town green
One of the first things you notice about Absinthe is its colour, which is where the inspiration for the night comes in. We’re letting you soak in all the Absinthe-y goodness with gloriously green décor and a special food and drinks menu that’s been infused with the luxurious green anise and sweet fennel flavours of Absinthe.
Enjoy a menu full of dishes such as Pan-fried Chicken Breast cooked with Absinthe and Orange Jus, Vegetable Au Gratin with Absinthe and Cranberry Reduction, and lots of other boozy canapes, salads, and pizzas.
And no, we’re not forgetting the drinks; there’s a total of 10 awesome Absinthe-infused cocktails for you to get drunk on. Cheers!
We’ve got the deets
The dress code for the night is green {the theme is Absinthe Minded after all}. You can dance to some great music and take part in a fun pop quiz {you’ll get free shots for every answer you get right!}.
Just pay INR 1,000 as the entry charge {which you can redeem on food and drinks} and you’ll get a voucher of INR 500 that you can use the next time you visit. Also, welcome drinks on the house!
