Choose Levels for Your Next Round of Drinks

With decor straight out of every Indian’s British fantasy {red phone booths, street lamps, images of double decker buses and stickers of the London Tube}, HKV’s newest bar, Levels, boasts of delish European fare and from what we hear, drinks to die for.

Next level{s} cocktails

Long Island iced tea with a hint of blueberries {Blueberry Long Island}, Old Monk with pineapple juice and OJ {Monk 69}, Bailey’s + chocolate + Kahlua + rum {The Real Me}: These are just some of the  mixology experiments Levels is unleashing upon us unsuspecting visitors; they have five pages of just cocktails on their menu! Not that we mind; we’re a little captivated by their collection of syrups and juices.

If you’re looking for a fancier gentlemanly night, consider attacking their stock of single malts and Dom Perignons.

What’s soup?

Fancy a steaming bowl of soup as the temperature dips? We suggest sitting at Levels’s terrace {admire the fake grass} and ordering a Jamaican Spinach Soup or the Roast Chicken and saffron.

Follow this up with a Spicy Melon Skewer or the Fried Camembert {if you’re feeling cheesy}. For something more substantial, they’re serving a bunch of grills. We’re loving the variety of meats and seafood.

HKV can become a bit of hodge podge area with the number of options it offers, but we’re giving Levels a thumbs up for a round of drinks when you’re looking to go beyond the usual Cosmo.
