Literature Carnival: Where Creative Writing and Storytelling Come Alive

The information in this post might be outdated

The Gallery on MG is organising a Literature Carnival in association with Literature Corner and Readomania. This carnival will have a three-hour programme that celebrates creative writing and storytelling, with a debate and discussion on creative writing, literature, as well as entertaining storytelling performances .

You can look forward to a panel discussion by panelists Sumant Batra, Rana Safvi and Shubha Menon on Literary Festivals in India: Then and Now. There will also be a scrumptious high tea for you all to indulge in.

However, the highlight of the event is a talk by Vikram Sridhar on Story Telling: Power of Stories and Arts in an Outsourced World. With a smattering of folk tales, history and personalities from around the world, we think we’ve found our Monday jam.
