The Madras Cooking Company was started by Chennai-born Upasana Luthra, and while her dosas are a force to be reckoned with, what this home chef really loves to cook is healthy, non-boring home food. A wholesome, juicy veggie burger, 100 per cent baked? No problem. Currently, she’s only conducting classes for kids, but might start some for adults very soon.
