Ten-Second Takeaway
Gastronomica in GK 1 has added something new to their menu: Burgers without buns. They're removing the bread we're so used to and replacing it with other exciting ingredients like Maggi. We think it sounds bun-derful.
Miso Excited
There's a Spicy Miso Ramen Burger with teriyaki chicken, mozzarella, miso and Sriracha which we're dying to get our hands on this weekend.
Some of the other bun-less burgers we've got our eyes on are the Corona Pulled Duck {yes, beer is involved}, Granny Smith Apple burger with green apples and slow-cooked BBQ pork and of course the cottage cheese-based Maggi Beast burger.
What Else?
We hear the Quinoa Bhel, Wasabi Chicken Tikka and Indian Pots are all super choices. Gastronomica also has an extensive wine list in case you want to add some vino to your dining equation.
PS: They're doing their bun-less burgers only till Sep 10.
