Make Coastal Cuisine Like Never Before With This Cooking Class

The information in this post might be outdated

What Is It?

Journalist-turned-chef Arun Kumar, in association with EatwithIndia, will engage a group of 10 in a cooking demo featuring four dishes from each of these southern states – Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.

Refreshments, snacks and tasting are a part of the deal.

Who Is It For?

Anyone who wants to prevent things from going south in the kitchen. Aspiring Mrs. Dalloways who like to entertain at home and those who love cooking experiments will dig this. People who’ve had enough of north Indian staples like butter chicken are also welcome with open arms.

Why Should I Go For This?

For one, the taste of chef Arun’s coastal dishes at Zambar still occupies a special place in our hearts. We can also vouch that he can hold a great audience by punctuating his cooking with interesting anecdotes.

Finally, Noida residents don't get to boast about learning something new without having to go to Delhi {or worse still, Gurgaon} too often.

Anything Else?

There are only 10 spots and the participation cost is INR 3,000 per person. Make haste or don’t come to us saying that the good things in life are already Deccan {errr, taken}.

When: Sept 17, 11am – 2pm

Where: J0002, Pearl Gateway Towers, Sector 44, Noida
