The Max Bupa #WalkForHealth is a walkathon happening this weekend. And since we understand how difficult it can be to take care of your fitness {hectic work schedules, personal commitments and laziness after a busy day}, this walkathon is a great way to integrate some wellness into your life.

The best part? Since walking is the simplest form of exercise, it's suitable for people across all age groups. So come Sunday, leave those excuses behind, put on your walking shoes and come discover how you can integrate walking into your daily regime.
