Hey 2015, it's been a year since we promised to be more healthy. Some of us managed more than others, but it's not the time to point out failure, it's time to focus on positive vibes, and therefore on attempts {you wish} at staying healthy. In this new pursuit, first up on our list, a curated guide to healthy cafes and restaurants in the city.

Lean Chef
Two of us are officially regulars, and we mean on a first name basis kind of regulars. Lean Chef is stellar for low-fat, calorie-counted, gluten-free, nutritious healthy food, including protein shakes and work-out friendly smoothies. We especially recommend their low fat Pizza sans cheese, with hummus, the South West Chicken Wrap, and for mindful foodies with a sweet tooth, the coconut macarons and the cupcakes! They home deliver.

Salad ChefSlightly Indian in their flavour palate, but we're not complaining, Salad Chef does a giant range of salads, and also does soups, pastas, burgers and sandwiches. The burgers and sandwiches are served in brown bread, and while the salads are also healthy, if you're looking to keep up with healthy resolutions, we say skip the pasta.
