Molecule's Winter Menu Is All About Chaat & Edible Coal

Shortcut

Molecule’s new menu leverages the core USP of progressive gastronomy to spin a whole new sexy number on classic {and new} street food and drink.

Chaat 2.0

If street food for you meant the standard golgappas and aloo tikki, then we suggest you think again. Molecule’s new winter menu serves up little known, but love at first bite wonders from rasam with nibble sized sabudana papads, to a most juicy Koliwada Chicken with a homemade Schezwan sauce {this was the winner for the evening, as per us}.

There is also a subtly-flavoured black pepper fish tikka, a rather intriguing Chowpatty in Delhi and… edible coal.

Reinventing The Classic

Play the guessing game as your time-tested Dilli treats are presented in form changing manners- from a steamy Dahi Vada 2050 to Mille Feuillet 24 Carat {we aren’t telling you what this is} to an imitation of ras malai that comes with powdered cardamom, strawberries and blueberries, and works surprisingly well.

Drink To Keep The Winter At Bay

Warm your weary soul with classic Molecule-style cocktails like Dark and Dirty, or you could also choose Nostalgic shots- which serve up spiked childhood memories, test tube style.

We also loved the Tomato Jasmine Tea Soup- which combined our two loves- tea and soup with a delightful twist, and was mild and soothing.

What Didn’t Impress Us

We did not like the Punjabi Style lamb chops that much honestly- they were coated with a bit of an overwhelming masala covering the flavour of the meat.
