Delhi’s Parsi food scene is incomplete without mentioning SodaBottleOpenerWala, and this is the best time to go there since they’re celebrating their fifth anniversary with Navroz Dronu - a traditional Parsi affair.
Basically, it’s a feast of specially curated veg and non-veg dishes along with unlimited cocktails and Sangria (we’re already getting hungry). The veg bhonu comprises of Saria, Sprouted Kachumber Salad, Gajar Nu Aachar, Papeta Papti Nu Shak, Vegetable Cheese Pattice, Masala Ni Daal and Plethora anf the non-veg bhonu consists of Chicken Pattice, Prawns Patio and Mutton Masala Ni Dal. To end things on a sweet note, they’ve got falooda and custard.
