Hudson Lane’s latest Sambookas Cafe is whipping up a storm with its Spanish churros, juicy steaks and creamy pastas, and while most people come here for the ambience {which is pretty as a picture}, they stay and keep coming back here for the food.

Where The Good Things Are

Almost a month old, Sambookas Cafe adjacent to the TPDDL Office is one that ticks all the right boxes – good food, good music and a good ambience perfect for all your pictures. The cafe with its all-white and wooden interiors, yellow chairs and faux greens, has a vibrant atmosphere and since its massive, chances are that you won’t have to wait to get a table. Also, in case you were wondering about the name {which we know you are}, Sambookas is a Japanese word which means God of mischief and Shailly, one of the owners tells us that she wants the customers to have a ball here and maybe even unleash their mischievous side, hence the name. Apart from the decor, there’s droolworthy food that you can look forward to. Places that do all-day breakfasts have a special place in our heart and Sambookas’ pancakes, sausages and crepes will find a place in your heart too. If you’re someone who’s really hungry, you can try their perfectly seasoned juicy steak but we generally like to drop by for quick bites like their special Spanish Churros and cheesy Jalapeno Poppers. For those who love desserts, Sambookas’ Fudge Fudge Brownie will put you in a sweet, sweet spot, and since winter’s almost here, you can curl up with a cup of their comforting Americano Hazelnut.

So, We're Saying..

College might be over for us but we don’t mind going back because it’ll give us an excuse to drop by Sambookas. If you wish to try a new place with good food and a pretty ambience, check out this cafe, maybe?
