If a terrace with changing floor colours catches your fancy, Camino is the place to go! Another addition to the bustling GK-II Market, word is that the name derives itself from a similar sounding Hindi profanity. It has all the makings of an after-work hangout destination. Nice cocktails, chilled beer, live music {on Wednesdays and Fridays – we witnessed a reggae fusion band, the Woody Accouche Project}, and great starters to boot. Built around a global tapas theme, the Lemongrass Chicken Tikka, Thai Pizza, homemade nachos, Camino Fish, and Chargrilled Thai Broccoli are perfect accompaniments to a mid-week drink. Special mention worthy - the sweet mango relish served with the tandoor items; it has potential of becoming the Camino signature! The place was decently packed for one 6 weeks old, and we recommend it as an alternative to the forever packed Harry’s/Route.
