According to this report from India Today, the Supreme Court has asked the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) to look into providing the option for passengers to book seats on the Delhi Metro.
Of course, since this sounds too good to be true {can you imagine getting on to your own, pre-assigned seat at Rajiv Chowk? Wow}, the Supreme Court has directed the DMRC to make this option at least five times the normal fare!
The deadline given to DMRC is March 31, 2016, so let's see what they come up with.
