Raasta, Gurgaon is doing a special New Year countdown with DJ Paddy and DJ Harry , whereas Hauz Khas Village has bass king DJ Navendu, along with some winning cocktails and other concoctions from behind the bar. Also, we think Cyber Hub deserves a starring role in your end of year blow out.

Zizo
For the foodies, Zizo is doing a New Year Special menu, combining classic recipes and contemporary Arabian flair, to have you celebrate Zizo style. The crew at Zizo present a one of a kind Beetroot Moutabal, Lebanese Chicken Wings with lemon coriander sauce, along with a new addition of Chicken Liver cooked with organic pomegranate molasses in lemon butter sauce. As for main course, yes, we aren't there yet, expect a rolled cheese-stuffed chicken roulade accompanied by red carrot mashed potatoes, and stuffed lamb brisket with roasted olive and rosemary sauce, all ending with a red fruit cheese cake on a bed of crunchy vermicelli.

Fio Cookhouse
For those looking for a more musical evening, celebrate the end of 2014 with folktronica duo, Hari and Sukhmani, along with remixes by DJ Kronik. Keeping up with the New Year and party spirit, Fio Cookhouse also has a dress code, Gold and Black if you will, accompanied by an incredible feast at midnight, your last supper for 2014, a buffet, and goes without saying, a whole lot of drinks.

Even if you’ve resolved to make some new friends in the new year, don’t forget your besties – Jack Daniels, Glenlivet 12, Havana Club, Jacob’s red 7 white, Johnny Walker Black Label and of course, Old Monk. Them, house-brewed beers, starters, and a midnight buffet welcome you at this German microbrewery who “goes desi remaining classy” with their deejay and percussionist. We’ll ponder on January 1 what that really meant.

Farzi Café
This 2014 supernova by Jiggs Kalra might be the best place to get jiggy when 2015 strikes. You can expect drinks of course, and the all-star dishes that this café is so famous for – Vada Pao Farzified, Dal Chawal Arancini, Chilli Paneer Kulcha, Curry Leaf Pepper Prawn and {… wait for it} Braised Lamb Chops in Maple Soy Sauce, as well as the super awesome Amritsari Fish & Chips. These guys are all for girl power, and will have DJ Pasha from London and DJ Gauri from closer to home, both accompanied by a booming percussionist. We might want to stay in 2014 for a few minutes longer.

From Ritu Dalmia's kitchen comes a 5 course meal, and unlimited alcohol. No word yet on what your choices are for food, but in her we trust. Enjoy the spread with some pop music performances. You’ve got to love Soi 7 for always having tricks up its sleeve. This 31st December, they bring us another evening that promises to have all that we love about this Cyber Hub landmark – live deejays, unlimited beer, unlimited drinks {IMFL + imported} and lots and lots of food. While we should be dancing, we’ll be wishing they quickly bring out the next steaming hot plate of dim sum.

One of our personal favorites, The Hungry Monkey is transforming into a club du jour this NYE.
