Last year, with the onset of winter, Delhi saw one of the biggest and most successful culinary events play out - the Palate Fest 2014. Hosted in Nehru Park, it had a host of pop-up eateries, culinary workshops, a multitude of the country's best live music, and even spaces that engaged the little ones. It was an event with the perfect formula - food, drinks and music; the three things that always unite people in Delhi, and now it's back, but on a much smaller level.
The second week of March will see a New Delhi Palate MINI- with 15 cafes and 35 markets; a more intimate version of the original festival, just to tide you over till it returns in the autumn. All you dilliwaalas, mark this on your calendars; come sample some of Delhi's most well-known food establishments, and get insights into the world of eats and treats for your own experiments at home.
