What Makes It Awesome

Parvatah is a boutique homestay located in Bir, Himachal Pradesh, that is certainly waiting for you. Why do we say that? It's a one-of-a-kind homestay where the interiors will make you notice the amalgamation of culture and tradition of this area. With four rooms on offer, called - Everest, Annapurna, Nanda Devi, and Kanchenjunga, the interiors have been tastefully done up by the hosts where some of the decor pieces have been handpicked by them during their travels across India.

Each room carries inspiration and has a unique identity (for instance, Kanchenjunga has 80-year-old Haveli doors from their ancestral house that have been restored as bedside tables).

Also, they have an in-house cafe named, Ara, which is made by friends for friends. And, guess what? The food is prepared from their garden, using their own vegetables, so you can always expect the season's freshest produce.

Since Bir is a fairly well-known tourist destination, folks at Parvatah will also help you plan out your day. You could visit monasteries, go on a tea factory tour, hike, try paragliding or maybe, explore the local markets.

Tariffs start at INR 3,499/night (inclusive of breakfast and exclusive of taxes). Now, go unwind!

What Could Be Better

We are honestly in love with Parvatah and we only wish that they had more visibility on travel websites, so that it was easier to book rooms here.

Pro-Tip

Their check-in time is 2 PM and check-out time is 12 PM (any early or late check-in/out is available at an additional cost). So, go prepared accordingly.
