What's Happening

Potterheads assemble! Didn't receive the Hogwarts letter when you were 11? Here's an event to ease the disappointment. 'Death of the Author' is curating a nine workshops-long immersive experience in the form of book discussions. The workshops will focus on the various themes inherent in the Harry Potter books and will discuss issues like friendships, love, loss, morality, death, and will wrap up with a chat on criticism of Harry Potter and the way forward.

The event is perfect for aspiring authors and lit nerds as the workshops will have tons of critical reading, writing activities, debates, Powerpoint presentations, and more.

The workshops will be held every Saturday and Wednesday at Antisocial in Hauz Khas Village from November 17 to December 15 (6pm to 8pm). 

Price Includes

The cost for these workshops is INR 5,000 (this is a one-time cost for all nine workshops together).

All participants will be served tea and cookies in every session. Each participant will also receive a goody bag at the end of the workshop, which will include a custom-made wand.

The exact dates of the workshops are as follows:

In November: 17, 21, 24, 28

In December: 1, 5, 8, 12, 15

The workshop is not open for one-time attendance, so you'll be signing up for all nine sessions if you choose to go for it.
