In A Rush? Whip Up A Quick Oats Breakfast In Under 7 Minutes

A long leisurely breakfast? Ain’t nobody got time for that.

If you’re a working professional, chances are you can’t manage much more than a bowl of cereal and a styrofoam cup of coffee on your way to office. OR if you happen to have Quaker oats in your larder, you could get out of that hot shower five minutes early and prepare a nice bowl of fruity or vegetable-y oats to keep you on your feet all day.

Not much of a whiz in the kitchen? Follow these simple little steps given to LBB by the good peeps at Getafix for a healthy and yummy start. Just keep 20 grams of Quaker oats, 20 grams of milk and 50 grams of water ready for each recipe {plus ingredients specified below}.

A Bowl Of Rainbow


Honey Cinnamon Blueberries, kiwis, mangoes, bananas, strawberries


Sauté oats in a pan Mix it all up Eat!

Oats A La Popeye


Spinach puree Sweet corn Salt + pepper to taste


Sauté oats Add water Add everything else Eat!

Cinnamon Honey Strawberries Raspberries


Sauté oats Add cinnamon, honey, milk and water Garnish with strawberries and raspberries Eat!



Blueberry puree + chopped blueberries Honey Cinnamon


Sauté oats Add everything in the bowl and mix it up Eat!
