This Faridabad Bakery Is A Hidden Gem With Amazing Red Velvet Cookies & Rainbow Cake

This bakery-cum-cafe in Faridabad is doing delicious cookies and pastries, and is the perfect place to go spend an evening gorging on desserts with bae.

We stumbled across Baking Bliss in the bustling market of Sector 16. We stepped in to find ourselves in a brightly lit space, done up in shades of turquoise with white brick walls. Of course, the counters of rainbow cakes and chocolate eclairs instantly caught our eye, we chatted with the owner and he recommended we try the dark chocolate brownie, biscotti and mousse pastry.

The chocolate mousse pastry was divine, as was the dark chocolate brownie. We moved on to the cookie section next, since the rows of biscotti and red velvet cookies {yes, those are a thing} looked too inviting to resist. We tried the coconut pista, red velvet and the almond biscotti {and took some for the road as well}. The cookies are delicious, and definitely something that we’d come back for. We hear they do incredible themed cakes; the red velvet is something you should try out for the next birthday in your gang. The pizzas and salads are pretty nice, but we recommend you go here for the sweet stuff.
