On the 10th of January a fantastic EP called Money Talks was released by a seasoned musician that I suspect we are going to be hearing more and more of in time to come. Arfaaz Kagalwala, aka Fuzzy Logic is someone who has, over the years, played with a number of bands that you have probably heard of – Galeej Gurus, Zebediah Plush and Tempo Tantrick, to name a few. He is currently also performing with his band, Slow Down Clown, which has an interesting alternative sound. He has been featured now in a number of interesting publications, from Rolling Stone India to NME, and he is certainly poised to go places.

The first music video for his EP actually came out in December and I have noticed it being mentioned here and there for rating very high on cool factor, if you know what I mean. It is undoubtedly a visual treat and I think the guy that shot it can take some of the credit {Nishant Shukla is his name, by the way}. Some of the stills that you can see with this piece have been shot by Natasha Hemrajani, a name you may recognise from some great work at the Delhi Photo Fest last year. So really, the outcome of this track has meant a great video, some great photos and a catchy tune that I promise is going to make its way, like a techno shockwave, through your memory for at least a day or two. I did wonder why Arfaaz, who features multiple times, albeit momentarily, in the video doesn’t have a shirt on, but I am going to leave that to you to figure out.
