#HomeDiaries: Serendipity Down The Road Of Chattarpur Is A Hidden Gem For Home-Decor Lovers

What Makes It Awesome

Though it takes an eternity to get to Serendipity, the trip - especially if you're a decor junkie - is totally worth it! A haveli-turned-decor and apparel store, Serendipity's blue doors open to two levels and 10s of rooms packed with decor, lighting, furniture, and apparel.

I recently picked up two chairs {yellow, pinstripe pictured} and a pair of really cool mauve and burgundy velvet cushions from them. The chairs, made to order {though available to see/sit on in-store}, turned out really well. Super comfortable, and well made, I love the fabric they used. I also spotted some other uber cool sofas {one's pictured} and chairs- you can follow them on Instagram to see more of these.

They've got a bunch of decor to choose from - Moroccan inspired lights, mirrors, cushions, charpoys, and lots more. And the best part is everything can be customised. Like a design? Pick a fabric, specify cushioning needed, and place your order. They're super easy to work with!

What's My Pro Tip?

Drop by their store, it's a little out of the way, and usually quite empty, but is a real gem {and so beautiful!}. I'd recommend calling in advance to see if the owner's there - she's super nice and helpful.

Anything Else?

Serendipity is most definitely not cheap or inexpensive; but if you're looking for unique and offbeat furniture and decor, I'd totally recommend them.
