Sketchup 2.1 Delhi Edition for Your Illustration Boost

What is It?

Sketchup is an illustrators’ group by and for Indian artists, that aims to create a platform to connect, collaborate and support one another. It was startedin 2014 by Madhuvanthi Mohan, an illustrator herself, who is aware of how overwhelmed and lonely a typical illustrator might get on his or her journey.

In its much-awaited Delhi edition, Sketchup is bringing you four brilliant speakers: Priya Kuriyan, Kriti Monga, Anant Ahuja and Archan Nair.

Who is It for?

This is an intimate, interactive illustrator/artist/designer community meet-up. So if graphics are what stir your soul, and maybe butter your bread, be sure to attend this!

Why Should I Go for It?

This is a unique opportunity to meet, listen to and interact with four of India’s finest young artists. Between them, they have years of experience, some startling achievements, and truckloads of talent!

Anything Else?

At each session they have a Banner Artist who designs the cover page and profile picture for the month. They also pick a topic that everyone sketches to, and Madhu posts everyone's entries on the page with a link to their pages.

#LBBTip

They’ve had 11 sessions: Nine in Mumbai, one in Bangalore and one in Kohima, with 15-45 attendees each time. The atmosphere is informal, conversational and intimate.

Do attend this if you’re an illustrator, it might just turn out to be the source of strength and inspiration you’ve been looking for.
