What Makes It Awesome

Reviewing this place after my second visit here, in case it happened to be a one-hit wonder, but it isn't. Have tried the Diavolo, Pepperoni, and the Quattro Fromaggi and liked all of them. The Pizza is rolled thin, and the sauce is abundant and flavorful, as is the cheese and toppings. The cook on the pizza is excellent, charred around the edges adding that slight bitterness of a stone Base cook.

What Could Be Better?

This place is delivery only, or you could take away from the Safdarjung Market. They don't provide any napkins in case you want to eat in the car. Also, the pizza slices need to be cut through to ensure ease of eating. I ate in the car both times, hence the feedback.

What's My Pro Tip?

I judge a pizza by the quality of the Base and the sauce, as the cheese and toppings everyone buys in. It needs to be cooked thoroughly and the yeast in the pizza Base needs to leaven the Crust. Look for a big holey Crust with a soft interior and crisp exterior, and you have an Artisan pizza Base right there. The sauce also needs to be well flavored and cooked to make the difference between a pizza sauce and salsa.
