When this girl with a prolific career in journalism gave it all up to start Smitten, we were very excited to see what she had in store for us. She put on her apron and her gloves and began baking the most exquisite desserts the city had seen. Although most of her recipes are decadent and contain flour and eggs; she does have a few healthy alternatives for the conscious foodie. She launched her Almond Butter Raspberry Chocolate Blondie- a treat too pretty to eat and sweetened with organic coconut sugar. Sounds delicious, doesn’t it? Well it is gluten free, vegan and free from processed sugars.
