I've only managed to find them retailing at Nykaa and not in most cosmetic stores.

Nykaa's currently having a sale and they have a system where you can test different colours on your skin tone - much like a virtual swatch.
Anything Else?
It's not THE best liquid lipstick and it's somewhat drying so use a lip balm before putting it on but it's extremely value for money and comes in a variety of colour options.
