If you haven't already checked out Shivesh on Instagram, then you must right away. And what’s more is Shivesh Bhatia {self-taught baker} will be sharing his three favourite dessert recipes at this summer baking and cooking workshop.
Bombay-based home chef and food stylist Amrita is going to share light meal ideas for summers. A wholesome summer workshop? We’re in!
Who is It for?
Anyone who is interested in baking/cooking; this workshop is suited for all age groups. They have had kids in their past workshops but it’s always better if parents accompany them for the class and in kitchen later.
Recipes are going to be demonstrated in detail, with lots of tips and tricks, so it's great for anyone who wants to start cooking or baking.
Why Should I Go for It?
This is the lineup we’re drooling at: Classic lemon-blueberry cake with the best cream cheese frosting, mini orange-honey-chia seed cakes topped with whipped cream and fresh fruits, and Smores ice cream burgers {No-Churn Smores ice-cream with marshmallows, crackers and chocolate served in brioche buns} by Shivesh.
Amrita’s savouries have a special place in our stomachs - the Five-spice Pan-grilled chicken/paneer with watermelon radish salad and glass noodles, Mango Arugula Quinoa Salad with goat cheese & toasted walnuts and Spicy Mango Vinaigrette. She will end with Super Greens loaded Vietnamese-style Cold Spring Rolls with Basil garlic dipping sauce.
Rather than cuisine specific they have focused on a summery theme. Plus, Molecule {Gurgaon} has kept their recipes a surprise till now.
Anything Else?
They'll be providing recipe notes, so people need not bring anything but lots of questions, and an appetite. They have a small giveaway planned as well! You could win Amrita's signature Old monk caramel tiny jars and infused flavoured salt!
