Chole Kulche Butter Special. The kulchas are the most unique {soft, spongy, huge and rectangular} with lovely butter and ajwain seeds.
The chole are done on the tawa with lots of onion, tomatoes and masala. It might sound like Kanshi Ram but it’s very different and underrated.
