Well-Done Sliders And Steaks At Holy Smoke, Cyber Hub

For serious meat cravings and for those who cannot do without protein on their plate, Holy Smoke serves up an extravaganza.

Making the meat the hero, their all-day breakfast and for having a great bartender.

The post-industrial design, complete with the refurbished warehouse décor and an assembly line meat-hook installation and is not for everyone. The ambience of Holy Smoke reflects their culinary ethos – smoking meat – and will take some getting used to.

When we heard rave reviews about their bacon jam, we thought we’d struck bread-basket gold but we only got the onion jam. We weren’t disappointed with the onion jam, but make sure you specifically ask for the bacon variant.

Then, there’s the Sliders menu; we tried six and we were surprised by how much we loved the Pulled Chicken slider, considering the meatier options.

Special mention for their cocktails, here. The menu is limited to just the classics but a well-done Whiskey Sour is better than a fancy-shmancy anything else. Order any of them, we’re sure you won’t be disappointed.

For the main course, we ordered a Tenderloin Steak {medium rare, please!} and the Lamb Rack. Portions are huge, so maybe start with just three sliders. The steak was cooked the way we like it, the lamb was juicy and succulent and the mashed potatoes stole the show.

They also serve breakfast all day, and we highly recommend that you go the waffles-for-dessert way, because the ones at Holy Smoke are fluffy, delicious and the perfect way to end any meal.
