Started by Chef Nik (short for Nikhil Mittal) when he returned from Australia to his hometown, Chandigarh. He had developed a passion for cooking and baking very early in life and was always trying out new recipes and soon Nik Baker's was born! Now, the popular bakery almost has a cult following of sorts, and anyone in and around Green Park will be delighted that their fabulous brownies, layered chocolate cake, apple tarts and cinnamon rolls are now only at arm's length.
