I tried their Kerastase Nourish hair spa and walked out with hair which felt softer, looked shinier and had a certain bounce.

The whole thing went on for about one and a half hours - your hair is first washed then treated with a strengthening serum {depending on hair type}, followed by a mask, lots of massaging till you're in a state of happy drowsiness. In the end, it's shampooed again and then blow-dried to perfection.

Everything about the place is relaxing, from the music to the treatment to the unlimited cups of tea and coffee they serve.

I loved their blow dry. It wasn't too harsh, gave volume to my fine hair while maintaining a completely natural look. And it smelled pretty damn good by the end of it.
