Come September, Delhi will be a happier city. Why? Because this new service is bringing something wonderful.

Tell Me More

We were grinning ear-to-ear as we read this report by Financial Express, stating that Jaipur-based dog behaviourist Viren Sharma is planning to open around 100 ‘MAD’ {Mad About Dogs} centres across India. Aimed at relieving people of stress, it will provide you with the company of a dog for a few hours. With about 100 centres in the pipeline, they will be equipped with a salon, spa, hotel, training institute, medical provisions and behavioural correction institute.

By September, they plan to have functional centres and the ‘renting’ service in place. Not only Delhi, Viren plans to open them in Mumbai and Bengaluru as well. Jaipur, Viren’s base, already has some services.

So, We're Saying...

We cannot wait to visit these centres and enjoy a fulfilling day with dogs there. BRB, convincing the boss to let us work out of there.

Since fair concerns have been raised, as animal lovers ourselves, we do not intend to treat dogs as commodities in this recommendation. After a long call with the owner, we were assured that utmost care will be taken to ensure that the rescues are comfortable. The ultimate goal is to get them adopted, and find them a loving home.
