This Week at LBB | Of Crawls and Cuisines

The information in this post might be outdated

Starting the week out, Sunday was most definitely not our day of rest. We took 40 Dilliwaalas on two separate bar crawls; one too many drinks and two too many people… LBB party! We've been told nothing cures a hangover like greasy food; we took note and were on a mission. From the Juicy Lucy at Delhi Heights, to the sliders at Speakeasy, dinner at Rosang Cafe, lunch at Amreli, brunch at 1911, and then some more lunch at Smoke House Deli, a week later and we're finally sober. Kidding. We just like our food.

Tales From the East |

We dined at Rosang! Their fish dishes are awesome, and the family friendly setting and authentic North Eastern food warrants a revisit. Get all the info, here.

And a Westside Story |

Brunch at the iconic Imperial Hotel's 1911. A fair few five star hotels and coffee shops later, no one got nothing on Imperial's old world charm and regality.

North Meets West |

Erstwhile Olive at the Diplomat has been replaced by Amreli, serving up North Indian, Italian and Continental food. We recommend their Filo Raan, Eggs Benedict Keema, and Creme Brûlée {pictured here}.

Delhi Musings |

Countless viral videos, parody stories and some serious reputation problems later, Delhi's stereotypical dialogues still get us going. Pictured here, Cafe Delhi Heights' contribution.

Jazz by the State |

Quieter nights at Cocktails and Dreams Speakeasy, Gurgaon. Like we said, we were on a mission and were only into finding food.

Select My Fair Delhi |

LBB's taking over Select CityWalk's plaza for My Fair Delhi! This space is going to be transformed into something awesome on the 27th and 28th September; watch this space or any other on LBB for more!

Back in the Game |

Nappa Dori re-introduces their Ikat line of backpacks, and we were first in the other line {the one that queued up to buy them}. Also, it's much bigger than it appears in the photo; perfect for laptop+essentials.

Learning How to Crawl |

40 people, 7 bars, Ace cars and a whole lot of excitement. This is why we spent the rest of the week in and out of restaurants. Pictured here, the cocktails at Library Bar.

A Meet Cute |

Have you been to the new Smoke House Deli in DLF Place yet? We already know the food, so go for its colonial, vintage-esque, tea party meets kitsch party interiors. Still staying true to their aesthetic of course, but this is how you up the ante.
