It’ll take us a few lifetimes to be able to sink into a sofa in a Versace home {without our middle-class mentality being worried of dropping food on it} but that doesn’t have to stop us from getting excited, right? So, in a new turn of events {more like, a very very expensive collaboration} Dilli-based real estate developer, Unity Group has tied up with Versace to develop these luxury apartments in Moti Nagar {Central Delhi}.
Because we’re talking Versace, the living spaces will be big and plush. In fact, it’s going to be the city’s tallest building with two building, each 23 storey tall. Of course, it’ll be bathed in luxury- with a curious fusion of Indian and Versace design sensibility. Plus, they’ll have a sky garden, a pool, a lobby and a lounge, all designed by the fashion brand.
If all this goes well, 160 of these 5bhk homes should be ready by 2022.
