Cafe Concept is a small eatery in the heritage market near the famous mall road in Kasauli. It is run by an extremely sweet army veteran, Joseph Das Uncle and his wife(also an army veteran). He's very welcoming and won't shy away from telling you stories about his younger days while you enjoy steaming piping chai and Parathas. For the 3 days that we spent at Kasauli, we managed brekkie+lunch+dinner at this little Dhaba in spite of being at a stone throw distance from the famous mall road, simply because the food was delicious. Unlike a lot of other hill stations, Kasauli isn't big on Cafes serving Crepes and Pancakes with EDM in the background, so as long as you get someplace serving delicious Indian food, Momos, Maggi and noodles, you're fine. You've got to try their egg Paratha, aloo-pyaaz paratha, fish pakoras, Butter Chicken(don't expect the typical cream loaded kind, this one was subtle, much lighter and delish). Their egg bhurji-paratha and butter combo is killer, apt for the weather. Also, there were 5 of us who ate to our heart's content but couldn't raise the bill to 700 bucks at any point!
