Kasauli is a small British era colonial hill town. In the old heritage market there is this cafe. I was wandering in the market for the dinner place. Then we looked at this cafe and its ambience attracts us and we decided to give it a chance. I had a vegetarian friend with me, so only veggie food I can order and despite knowing all things about veg biryani, I still ordered it. When the biryani came at out table, the fragrance of spices and other stuffs making it more tempting. It really had a very good taste, being a cook myself, I also understand the spices contribution and it was perfect.
Even on the other tables, the food was looking so tempting and fragrating.
Also, it has a reasonable pricing of the food items. Food items were varing from North Indian to Chinese, Italian and South Indian.
A good ambience with a jhoola and upside sitting space makes it better.
