GTDC’s Monsoon Trekking Expedition to Gungudyacho Waterfall, Chorla Ghats on Sunday, 24th June Pack your trekking bag and experience the “Gungudyacho” falls at Chorla Ghats this Sunday. The Sunday Monsoon Trekking Expedition by the Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC) will be held at Gungudyacho Waterfall on 24thJune 2018. This week’s trek to the Gungudyacho waterfall with cover a total stretch of 6 kms. with captivating and breathtaking views. The trek is easy, short and downhill through muddy terrain. The one way journey by bus will cover 65 kms through Chorla Ghats. Try listening to some tinkling sounds “Gungudyacho”, as you enjoy exploring around. You can enjoy not only the Ghats but also views of Anjuna Dam, Sada Plateau, Ladke falls and Devachi Rai. The trekking expedition is open to all especially those with a spirit for adventure and nature lovers. Transport arrangements have been made from Mapusa and Margao at 7.30 a.m. and from Paryatan Bhavan, Panjim at 8.30 a.m. Yummy lunch will be provided. Interested trekkers are requested to carry along an extra pair of clothes, rainwear, trekking shoes, snacks and binoculars. No smoking and consumption of alcohol will be permitted. The charges for the trek including lunch Rs. 800/- only. Please note: The expedition is not recommended for those who are physically unfit.
