According to their website where the location is described efficiently, Little Paradise Cottage lies on the little road that winds down the valley of Assagao from the small market town of Mapusa – 3 km, and ends at the quaint fishing village of Chapora – 5km. The cottage is close to Vagator and Anjuna Beaches – 4 kms. Baga and Calangute are 6 kms to the south and the beaches of Morjim, Ashvem and Mandrem are 10 kms to the north.

It’s beautiful to spend some days in, has a quaint environment when you want to bird watch, has the best restaurants in the vicinity and is in North Goa – the mecca of the Goa partying scene. The only downside after all this luxury? They prefer folks who stay long-term so rates that start at INR 8k a night (in the monsoons, of course), are applicable only at a minimum of 3 nights and if you book yourself in longer, they come down.
