What's Happening?

If you have been to the last two editions of the Serendipity Arts Festival, then you know that you can't miss this. And if you have never been, then time to start making those Goa plans, as they have just declared their dates and curators. For the record, the fest starts on Dec 15 and goes up to the 22nd. 

Covering, arts, crafts, music, food, dance and everything else in between, this festival is a celebration of art in all forms across eight days. And if you are keen on being a part of it while it takes shape and finally happens, keep browsing their website as they always need volunteers.

Every year they create multiple artworks in public and private spaces that seems to give a whole new look to the city. They even have workshops, food experiences, concerts and performances, all of which are curated by experts. To give you an idea, personalities like Riyas Khomu, Manu Chandra, Lilette Dubey along with performances and concerts, by artists like Astad Deboo, Papon and more have been a part of this celebration.

This year they have famous restauranteurs Rahul Akerkar and Odette Mascarenhas curating the food menu, Aneesh Pradhan and Sneha Khanwalkar looking after the music section, Leela Samson and Ranjana Dave curating dance performances and more. So, expect a whole new menu of things to do, see and enjoy.

And, did we mention that a lot of the artists even sell their work, or replicas, or even cute souvenirs? 

How's The Venue?

All of Panjim city becomes one big venue for this festival. It is truly a multi-disciplinary arts event that is all about taking art to the masses. Taking place in different historical buildings, public parks as well as private spaces, venues for this festival are spread across. 

Price Includes

The festival is free for all, but you need to do is register (preferably in advance) on their website. 

Make A Note

Since December is still a while away, it may be a good time to book those flight tickets, while they don’t reach astronomical prices. As well as book that great villa, or a luxury hotel to make sure you aren't paying last-minute premium.
