A drive down the Baga river road will bring you to Toro Toro, a new bar from the guys that gave us Estella, Nom Nom and more in Mumbai, as well as The Lazy Goose in Goa. And as usual, they have managed to get one of the prettiest spots and take it to multi-levels (it's got a few levels of seating), with great food, drinks and that stunning river view.

Yay! Baga Has A New Tapas Bar Overlooking The River
What Makes It Awesome?
Hands down one of the quirkiest bars, this one is designed to look like a caravan and contains all the right spirits. We could happily sit at that bar and take some Instaworthy pics to perk up our feed. You could also pick the high table with bar chairs right there in the little courtyard and enjoy the sun, or walk to their covered area on multiple levels.
The food here is definitely worth going back for. From an extensive menu of tapas or small plates, we loved the Pulled Pork Bruschetta, Mediterranean Grilled Prawns and the Lamb Koftas with Hummus. If you are a sushi lover, then this is another great place for sushi rolls or nigiri too, but of course with Chef Rohan's delightful surprises, they've managed to do a good job of cottage cheese or tempura veggies filled sushi too.
The Mud Crabs are another thing that shouldn't be missed, with options of the conventional Black Pepper or Butter Garlic, or their own Rechaedo sauce to add that Goan Portuguese zing. From Lobster Thermidor to Peruvian Roast Chicken, the menu even offers Asian cuisine, pizzas, pastas and even Goan food, which means it is a great place to go with the gang and keep everyone happy.
They even have homemade Bebinca and Viennese shortbread. And, totally worth that 20 minutes wait, has to be the freshly baked Signature Chocolate Fondant served with ice cream. With live music on most evenings, we won't be surprised if this becomes our next favourite dancing spot as well.
