What Is It?

The 2nd edition of the ‘Gurugram To India Gate’ run is slated for Sep 3, after the first edition successfully inspired the city’s runners to get out, get moving. Ditch your cars and register for this cross-city run; as a bonus, this is the only time you’ll beat rush-hour traffic on the way to Delhi.

Who Is It For?

No mean feat, this run is for seasoned athletes {who’ve been tying up their running shoes and heading out every morning, for a while now}. While there will be cars stocked with water, fruit and energy bars along the way, we’d highly recommend doing a quick assessment of your health and stamina before signing up for this.

Why Should I Go For It?

While the run itself is free {no registration fees}, this is a great opportunity to give back while doing something you love. The organisers, Aashayein, will be accepting donations in cash and via PayTM, all of which will go towards the cause {and upliftment} of underprivileged children.

Set to take place on a Sunday, the run is a good way to assess your fitness goals and maybe even come up with a few more? After all, there’s still four months to go before 2017 is over, so go crush those resolutions you made this year.

Anything Else?

To sign up, drop an email to the organisers at hopeaashayein@gmail.com, with your name, age and contact number; the route will be shared post confirmation.
