What Makes It Awesome?

10 Asia Kitchen, an Asian cuisine outlet which is purely ode to the native culture of South East Asia and a precious gift to the progressive culinary scene of Hyderabad. It focuses on serving and providing the best of 10 Asian country cuisines under one roof. It is located on the most-popular Road no 36 in Jubilee Hills with close proximity to Jubilee Hills Check post metro station. As you enter the place, you are greeted by a smiling Buddha, moving further ahead you see the entire floor with an ample seating capacity with a colorful ambiance with an amalgamation of Asian wall arts making it absolutely inviting.

We started with the Chef’s Special Tom Kha soup which had a very light silky coconut flavored broth, nice & creamy in taste and well-prepared soup. Beginning the fare with appetizers, we were served Crispy Corn nibbles, corn tossed in sriracha sauce and served in a golden basket. Shogo Mok Tak, a fried dumpling served with charred tomato dip was served up next, a well-prepared sauce that paired up well with the dumplings.

From the non-veg section, we tried Original DOH, Chicken Kaarge & 10 Asia Crispy chicken, frankly speaking, all of these were so well done making it hard to choose the best out of them. Chicken Kaarge was deep-fried filet pieces served with chili mango sauce making it a really nice combination for our platter. Even Original DOH was well stuffed with minced chicken golden fried to perfect & paired up well with the sweet chili sauce; this is a recommended appetizer from their list. Next up was Singapore Chilli Prawn which was tossed with soy sauce, tomatoes & bell peppers and served along with yuzu foam, making it another recommended appetizer. Not to forget the 10 Asia chicken which is the best-selling item at 10 Asia, crispy chicken tossed with hoisin sauce, vinegar & in-house chili oil; do try this lip-smacking dish & you will surely be surprised by the richness of flavors in it. From the dim sums, we tried Tofu & double mushroom Green dumpling, Tibetian Momo, Basil Vegetables & BBQ Chicken Ravioli; all of the preparations of dim sums were well done with just the right amount of thickness of dough of dumplings and the choices of sauces served along with it, thereby making this a really nice affair.

Moving onto the mains, we tried Braised Tofu in hot bean sauce, chicken Rendang, Thai red curry vegetables, Spicy Peking chicken & Prawn Burmese curry paired up with Sambal Fried rice & Malaysian Char Kway Teow noodles; all of the mains were just done perfectly and was spot-on in terms of flavors, texture. Ending the dinner with desserts on a sweet note, we were presented Indonesian Pisang Goreng & Tibetian Rasbari, Pisang Goren being banana in condensed milk converted into fritters & served with hazelnut icecream, Rasbari was a creamy cheese baked dumpling put in stewed milk with Kesar toppings. I felt Rasbari was better, however, 10 Asia does need to work on the dessert section as the other areas are nothing short of wonderful.

Kudos to Chef Amey Marathe who is one of the directors of 10 Asia Kitchen & has built-in an army of best chefs from the country who use traditional recipes which are unique, healthy and present dishes which have diverse flavors and ingredients. 10 Asia is surely here to ace the game of Asian cuisine in the city of Hyderabad undoubtedly & a must recommended place for all the pan-Asian cuisine lovers out there to relish on some exotic flavors from Chefs around the world.
