To make Telangana a cleaner and greener state, our CM K Chandrashekhar Rao has kickstarted the phase-VI of Haritha Haaram program. To revive Narsapur Forest, around 30 crore saplings will be planted across the state before the monsoon season begins will full swing.

All the 34 government departments will be taking part in this program, among which the Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department will take the lead. A total of 29.86 crore saplings will be planted across the state, out of which 3.59 crore will be sowed under the forest cover.

On an even happier note, measures are being taken to ensure that 85 per cent of the plants survive. You too can be a part of this movement and plant some in and around your house.
