The quality of rice was very long, nicely flavoured, The chicken was Extremely Tender and cooked perfectly, just melted in the mouth. A good amount of masala as well, but it can be a slight spicy I felt. The Aroma of ghee was heaven. It's covered with a Pastry dough and Put on over for 15-20 mins. Served with a Thick Raita, Mirchi ka salan and Chips. Loved the Fusion style Biryani, just that if it was Spicy would loved it.
