What Makes It Awesome?

In the Frame: Cottage Cheese Malfatti & Pesto A La Genovese Chicken.

Falling in love with this place for Food. Though Cafe Nook has a limited menu, trust me they maintain the same taste every day.

This is Malfatti, A Famous Italian dish. Soft and Melt in Mouth cottage cheese which was Well seasoned and Perfectly cooked, The Sauce was Creamy, tangy, Garlicky and Peppery with a Little Smokey Flavour. The combo of Cottage cheese and The sauce was incredible. Presented with Drizzle of Cream and Garlic Bread. One of the Outstanding dishes I've had this year already had it twice and found it very same in terms of taste. Scrumptious.

Pesto is a sauce originating from Genoa, the capital city of Italy. Traditionally it consists of Crushed Garlic, pine nuts, coarse Salt, Fresh Basil leaves, Parmesan Cheese and it's blended with Olive Oil.

I know most of us Prefer Pasta with Arabiatta or Alfredo sauce like me, But now I've become a huge fan with Pesto sauce. This was Creamy and so delicious, penne was boiled Perfectly, the sauce was incredibly Seasoned. The chicken was juicy and tender, with buttery garlic bread. The owners of this place, plant their own Basil leaves and adds into this Pasta. A very delicious Bowl of Pasta, made my day. Would recommend to everyone.
